Earthquake Preparedness Information
Damaging earthquakes are a rarity in North Carolina, however there is the possibility that in Guilford County we would feel the effects of Earthquakes centered in Virginia or South Carolina.  General preparedness measures are effective for preparing for an earthquake to include making a disaster supply kit and making plans for your business and your family.  The items listed below are actions that you can take during an earthquake event to minimize impacts to your personal safety.   A great training video can be found here.
